By accessing the website at www.historicprints.com.au, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Historic Prints is a subsidiary of The Brand Garage ABN 90 397 385 911.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Historic Prints' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Historic Prints reserves the right to change pricing without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that are incorrectly priced in the store.
10. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

11. Colour Variation
Due to the nature of print, colour variations of what you see on a computer screen may not exactly match that of the finished print poster. This is because printers use inks in the colours of cyan, magenta, yellow and black, and a screen displays red, green and blue light. Black and white (greyscale) photographs are especially hard to correctly reproduce without a hue of red, green or blue because it’s made up of colours, not blacks. This will also vary each run because of paper variations, time of year, temperature, calibration and small tweaks to the original. Because of all these factors, we can’t guarantee an exact match, but can work with you to achieve a happy result if you are unhappy with your result.

All Custom Made digital artworks, commissioned artwork and modifications remain the property of Historic Prints and The Brand Garage. Ownership and copyright of all images and intellectual property remains with Historic Prints.
14. Acknowledgement
Historic Prints would like to acknowledge the source of materials from State Library Victoria, Trove and The National Library of Australia (NLA). There are no copyright restrictions on these works and are available for this commercial purpose.
Historic Prints also acknowledges Australia’s First Nations Peoples – the First Australians – as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of this land and gives respect to the Elders – past and present – and through them to all Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
